QL400 Lab Emulsifying machine
QL400 type laboratory emulsifying machine is developed for cleaning ingredients and experimental applications of new products, the machine inherits the characteristics of digital variable speed type 100 series of experiments, the stator component design is the upper work rod universal, lower shear head can be replaced in the form. Because the machine stator head is inserted into the liquid, the depth of the liquid is close to the QBME100L open type, and the outer diameter of the stator head is close to the QBME100LX closed type, so the range of the material handling capacity from the smallest to the largest increases.
 
QL400 type emulsion machine has small shear emulsification high efficiency and convenient operation, smooth appearance, health equipment with food biotechnology and GMP test requirements, processing characteristics of large volume range.
Dispersion technology to shear the machine introduced in the United States by ROSS, in combination with the self-developed sharp blade cutting technology in cutting, dispersing and dissolving and emulsifying function in one, with high efficiency, uniform size, shear stability, turning violent, equipment at the same time using digital speed and stepless speed regulation in the operation, the maintenance is very convenient. Equipped with a round hole, long hole mesh (waist), three different stator, in order to adapt to the different size of the medium viscosity, so the test can be directly amplified to the selection of production characteristics.
